We are a small local Personal Training business working out of our own private studio. Our focus at GymCats is on movement, performance and wellbeing. We look at a person as a whole, working on strength and conditioning to help improve client’s movement and performance and aiming to reduce their risk of injury in their everyday lifestyle, all whilst considering their wellbeing.

Jamie
Jamie has been a personal trainer for 9 years. He has a solid passion for continuing his personal development , loves Olympic lifting and is always striving to stay at the cutting edge of his craft in fitness. Contact him to find out more.

Charlotte
Charlotte has also been personal training for 8 years and is always up for a challenge. She has completed the London Marathon and the Moonwalk Marathon, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, taken part in a physique competition and during lockdown completed 100km on the Ski Erg. In her spare time she likes to walk in nature, take a dip in an ice bath and enjoys a good book.
